Isabelle Djian Weir

Isabelle Djian Weir

She has over 25 years of experience in financial markets. She began her career at J.P. Morgan in 1998, where she developed expertise in government bonds and equity derivatives as a proprietary trader.

Over the course of her career, she has worked for several financial institutions in New York, London, Paris and Geneva. In 2018, she co-founded Green Blue Invest SA, an ESG investment business that was subsequently sold to a bank in 2023.

She is a CAIA charter holder and holds the CFA Institute Certificate in ESG Investing, as well as a diploma in Corporate Governance from Financial Times/EY. She obtained Master’s degrees in Econometrics from Sorbonne University and the University of Amsterdam, and a postgraduate degree in International Finance from HEC Paris.

Julien Dif

Julien Dif

He is an attorney-at-law admitted to the bars of Geneva and Luxembourg. He advises promoters and managers of investment funds on legal and regulatory matters relating to the distribution and placement of such products in Switzerland and Luxembourg.

His work includes the incorporation of investment funds, commercial companies and securitisation vehicles, working closely with the supervisory authorities in both jurisdictions, including FINMA and CSSF.

A member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP), he also advises private clients on wealth management and estate planning, including the establishment of family offices, trusts and foundations. He further advises large banking institutions on Swiss and international tax law matters.

Olivia Soulabaille

Olivia Soulabaille

She has more than a decade of experience in client experience consulting, marketing strategy and data analysis, with a focus on data structuring, accessibility and operational efficiency within complex organisational environments and service platforms.

She supports organisations in improving how they interact with clients. Her work focuses on enhancing service accessibility while improving operational transparency and efficiency across the client lifecycle.

She brings to Swiss RepLink SA the conviction that client onboarding, the digitalisation of procedures and data-driven processes are key to strengthening operational efficiency and enabling more seamless interactions between institutions and their clients. She is a graduate of Mines Paris – PSL.

Pierre Edouard Coiffard

Pierre Edouard Coiffard

He has over 25 years of experience in asset management, specialising in alternative and private markets. He brings extensive buy-side expertise in portfolio management, research and analysis across a broad range of strategies and asset classes.

In 2000, he founded Altigefi, a France-based hedge fund manager. Under his leadership, assets under management grew from €4 million to €900 million by 2007, when the firm was sold to a UK asset manager. He subsequently spent ten years in London (2007–2017).

He has served as Head of Research and Chief Investment Officer at several asset management firms and previously worked in Financial Advisory at Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu. He holds an MBA from ESSEC Business School and an engineering degree from École Centrale de Marseille.

Frédéric Binder

Frédéric Binder

He joined the Board of Directors of Swiss RepLink SA at its inception as an independent director.
He is a lawyer specializing in private banking and financial services.

After obtaining his bar admission in 1992, he pursued a Master’s degree in European law at the Université libre de Bruxelles. He then joined the Lombard Odier Group, where he led the Gibraltar and Montreal subsidiaries, before taking responsibility for the UK market and co-leading the private banking operations in Switzerland. In 2016, he joined the management of Landolt & Cie as General Counsel.

Since 2019, he has been practicing as a consulting lawyer and serves on the boards of several wealth management companies. He advises private and institutional clients, with a focus in banking and financial services.
